2 Year No Refund / Missing Item

Well it's been two years of communications with this seller who kept promising to send me various replacement items. I placed the order on 12/2017 and here it is July 5th 2019. They now tell me to dispute the charges and get my money back because their system isn't working for refunds. Of course Paypal denies this since it's beyond the 180 days. So now I'm out my money because this company kept saying they shipped the item.

Have not heard from them yet will write that off as a learning experience from them but I will let people know if they don't want to throw there money away don't order anything from zootzi because they will get rip off so stay away from this company

I ordered that stupid alarm clock never have I ever ordered from anything off Facebook before and I thought I would try this to help and I got nothing. So I emailed and said where’s my order and they said because it’s christmas we’re experiencing high demand on stuff and need a little extra time it’s been over a month and the shipping info still hasn’t changed. I never have waited this long to receive anything before.

I ordered a cake baking set and cake decorating set 3 months ago, as a gift for my sister. Of course my payment went through immediately and I received a confirmation email of my order from Zootzi straight away. However, after waiting over 3 months neither product has arrived and I have had no explanation from Zootzi. This company is a SCAM and needs to be investigated and shut down! I have written to Zootzi's customer service to request a refund and their response was that since the order had been despatched, I could not receive a refund. But theses supposedly despatched items never arrived after I have waited 3 months! I am still waiting for my refunds. They have taken my money but no products received. I demand an immediate refund!

I ordered a magnet for my ear to help me quit smoking and they said it would take up to eight weeks it has been three months. I would like to receive it. If I don't I will take action. there is no need for this to happen. they have taken the money out fast enough but never sent the item. I will never order any thing with these people again. I am assuming this is a false advertisement. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW THESE PEOPLE GET AWAY WITH THIS. I am so upset about this some one has to do something about these people who get away with such a thing. I am hoping these people get shut down some has to stop this. I WILL NEVER ORDER ANY THING ON FACEBOOK AGAIN.

Pillow advertised as size in picture on the right. Was supposed to be big, cushy, large enough to lay in and fold the "legs" around yourself with. Got the pillow; pillow nowhere near as big as in picture. Basically a cheap mini version of what was advertised as a large, well-made pillow. I paid $45 (regular $60!!) for something that should be sold for $2 at a Goodwill. Their return shipping address is in Canada. Return shipping costs are prohibitive there from the U.S. They wouldn't pay for return shipping; they would only refund for half of the products. I disputed the charge with my bank; they said that because I agreed to the terms of the use of the site, I agreed to the return policy and could not refund the money. The whole thing took Christmas money that I'd definitely spent somewhere else if I'd had known. Never shopping with Zootzi again.

Purchased this pillow for my father. Fully agree...

don’t be fooled by the pictures as the actual pillow is maybe ½ the size shown! Either photo-shopped, midget models or just plain fake photos.

Either way, SIZE really DOES MATTER.Having said that, he does love his TINY ZOOTZI pillow for the comfort and has slept much better since purchasing. Price should most definitely be adjusted based on the smaller size.

Purchased two of those dumb body pillows on a whim, and - 6 months later - only one of them came. Cut to now, 10 months later, and still no 2nd pillow. Annoying, yes, but things always get lost in the post. The major problems start when trying to get a refund. Refusal to acknowledge the issue. Refusal to accept the evidence that the pillow had never left their basement. Refusal to process a refund. To this day, they claim they are trying to send money to me, but nothing happens. They tried sending it to an account that no longer exists and claim it's my problem now. They're crooks, and those body pillows are a heap of *** Also suspect that they're a ghost throughout social media. AVOID them.

After ordering a body pillow and a shower head in December, the cheaply made shower head arrived. It was donated due to the poor quality. As for the body pillow, approximately 2/3 months later (as it was to be shipped from China, so I knew delivery would be slow), I reached out to the company. They said a "replacement" would be sent out. Fast forward 2 months and I asked for a refund, which they did not want to hear. They said another "replacement wold be sent. I emphatically said I only want my money refunded. This communication went on for about 2 weeks. Finally, I was told my money wold be refunded. Fast forward a month and a half, no monies refunded. No further communication from Zootzti. This company is a sham. Beware!! This is THE WORST COMPANY HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!

Placed 2 orders back in March. Its now July and I haven't gotten anything. No tracking, no products, no refunds... nothing! This company does nothing but steal your money and then try and blame not getting your items on "overseas shipping". I have emailed back and forth with customer service multiple times to try and get this taken care of and every time the answer is the same, sorry but nothing we can do. Save your money... you'll never get what you paid for from the company anyways! Super easy for the company to redeem themselves, just give everyone their stolen money back!! Will never again order from this company and will make sure no one I know orders from here either!

I bought their Easy Speed Salad Maker and it is a piece of junk. The packaging is cheap, the plastic is very bendable, which isn't good for this use, and the "lid" part isn't the right size and shape to stay put while you try to cut the salad. I just found out that their return policy is 14 days, which has passed, so I'm stuck with this junk. It just really bugs me when a company makes a really enticing ad (which is splashed all over Facebook), then the product is *** I really wanted it to work, but it just doesn't do what it's supposed to do and their return policy is intentionally short so that you cannot return it. Totally ripped off! Word of caution - don't buy from them.
