This story seems to be a common with this company... Placed order for two pillows in December 2017.

I emailed the company within an hour trying to cancel as I discovered shipping from overseas would take weeks (Christmas gifts). I received this reply, "I have looked into this for you, and your shipment is scheduled for shipment in the next coming days, lookout for a shipment confirmation very soon!

I have upgraded your shipment to Expedited Standard at no extra cost for you!" Fast forward never received any shipment notification I questioned them and received a link to a no name shipping company claiming the package had been delivered a month earlier... Out the $90.00.

Product or Service Mentioned: Zootzi Shipping Service.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $90.
